Place Shower Steamer on floor of the shower outside of the stream of the shower head. Product works best with hot water. do not use as a bath bomb.
Use caution when using around children younger than the age of 7 due to their immune system not being fully developed. Certain essential oils should be discussed with your physician before use.

The carefully blended mix of lavender, peppermint, and rosemary works wonders on headaches and migraines.
