Place Shower Steamer on floor of the shower outside of the stream of the shower head. Product works best with hot water. do not use as a bath bomb.
Use caution when using around children younger than the age of 7 due to their immune system not being fully developed. Certain essential oils should be discussed with your physician before use.

Mornin' Sunshine is a blend curated for people who have a hard time getting up and at 'em. The citrus oils in the blend provide for a boost in energy while vanilla sweetens the scent. The orange oil is great for decreasing muscle cramps, relieving inflammation, and improve cognitive function. Lime oil boosts immunity, lessening symptoms of respiratory illnesses, and decreasing stress symptoms. Lemon oil relieves cough, stimulates lymphatic drainage, and improves mood. Mandarin oil is wonderful for reducing anxiety, lessening pain, and relieving nausea. Tangerine oil works for soothing inflammation, improves phlegm movement, and can relieve spasms. Bergamot oil is great for mitigating symptoms of depression, lessening fatigue, and calming and relaxing the mind preventing built up stress. Vanilla extract is great for creating a relaxing environment, decreasing muscle tension, and improves mood.
